Jemma Fairclough-Haynes

CEO - Employment Law Specialist

Jemma began her career when she obtained a Bachelor of Laws in 2006. Jemma is the Founder and lead Employment Specialist of the business and has represented companies of various sizes in employment tribunals across the UK since 2011.

She is also a public speaker, trainer and Business Radio co-host.

Lucy Milton

Executive Assistant

Lucy joined the team in 2017

Lucy has over a decade of experience as a paralegal and holds a Level 3 Chartered Institute of Legal Executives certificate.

Natalie Eden

HR Advisor

Natalie joined the team in 2020 and has been working in HR since 2016.

George Dunster

Marketing Assistant

George joined the team in July 2021 and undertakes all aspects of marketing.
